She started off really struggling with toe side but kept asking questions and working very hard and by the end of practice she was able to make almost all the way down south doing toe side falling leaf! It was great! She still needs to work on it but she never gave up and worked very hard. All her hard work and positive attitude was awesome! Thanks!

SatPM: Max Kelly is rider of the week because he is already perfecting his FS 360's with some major air... sick!
G "Fun" Team Rider: Erin Long
Sunday: Erin Long was rocking tornadoes today. It was so fun seeing her nail them. She tries hard on every drill no matter how "boring ". She never says boo about any of them. Erin is also a very well spoken and friendly young lady. She is a joy to talk to. I am looking forward to watching this young rider learn to and rock out riding switch
G Team Rider: Alicia Tong
Alicia Tong made the Rider of the Week for her enthusiasm, kindness and leadership skills! This weekend at Welch Village Alicia entered her first Alpine competition and took to the course with enthusiasm and drive. Junior Rider: Luke Paster
Luke has been very focused and committed. He's been working hard on his riding and being a great team player. Right now he's preparing to hit the upcoming competitions. Watch for him this coming season!
G "Fun" Team Rider: Carson Bell
Carson progressed quickly through the nights lessons, mastering his toe-side edge and stops!
G "Fun" Team Rider: Austin Spratt
Austin stomping backside board slides while getting some dirty tail presses on his first time out this winter is an impressive achievement. He took a few banger's, but got right back up each time, and shredded harder after each one. Way to go!!
G "Fun" Team Rider: Sarah McCallon
During her first practice with G Fun Team, Sarah showed us all what a great attitude she has. She learned very quickly the tricks to getting off the chair lift. And, she started applying the edging skills that she has been using in hockey, to her riding technique. She's really rocking those heel-side turns, and is moving on to linking to her toe-side. Great job, Sarah!
G "Fun" Team Rider: Jack Lanner
Jack immediately picked up his toe edge and completed all drills & showed improvement. He recently took his first jump! Jack is a very determined rider who knows if he falls (usually gracefully) he just has to pick himself up and keep going.
