Rider of the Week: 2/26-3/3
Anya Otterson: Anya's love of snowboarding and her desire to grow as a rider is obvious to her coaches and fellow riders. Anya keeps her goals in mind as she practices and rides, never letting mistakes or falls stop her from working toward them. She is always ready to try again with a great attitude. Nice work Anya!
Rider of the Week: 2/19-2/25
Mason Kohlbeck: Mason does everything with enthusiasm and power on the hill, from dropping into the pipe and rocketing him self out, to landing tricks on any feature in the park. Mason is a leader on the team with his example of confidence on the hill and his easy going disposition that the entire Buck Hill team enjoys. Nice work dude!
Rider of the Week: 2/12-2/18
Erik Kersten: Erik has stepped up his game this season and throne down on jumps and the half pipe the past few weeks. Always ready to take a new challenges and do it with a laugh Erik is a lot of fun to coach and ride with. You Rock our World Erik!
Rider of the Week: 2/5-2/11
Mariella Vitelli: Mariella's confidence and genuine love of snowboarding is an amazing example to her coaches and fellow team mates. She looks ahead to what new trick or variation she can add to the skills she is working on. Mariella loves to take on new challenges and always approaches each with quiet confidence and strength. Great job Mariella!
Rider of the Week: 1/29-2/4
Michael Warneke: Michael is Rider of the Week for his style and charging attitude on the hill. Michael is a force on the hill to be recond with. He tackles every obstacle on the hill with gusto and speed from rails to the half pipe! Rock on Michael!
Rider of the Week: 1/22-1/28
Mitch McHugh : Mitch took on new challenges this past week and conquered all of them! From riding the tow rope and half pipe for the first time to shredding boxes Mitch took on every challenge. Once he gave each a try he encouraged his fellow riders to try as well!
